About the Role
We are looking for a Support Engineer – ELV Systems with 2–4 years of experience in troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining ELV solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Audio Visual (AV), CCTV, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), Access Control, and basic networking, and be comfortable providing both remote and on-site technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for AV, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA, Access Control, and other ELV systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.
- Assist in installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of ELV solutions.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Coordinate with customers, OEMs, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain service reports and technical documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while meeting SLAs.
- Support field engineers during deployments and provide basic customer training when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in ELV technical support
- Hands-on knowledge of AV, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA, Access Control, and basic IP networking.
- Experience in troubleshooting and commissioning integrated ELV systems.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field
- Willingness to travel for customer support
Preferred Experience
- With enterprise ELV deployments and leading OEM products.
- Relevant certifications in ELV, networking, or security systems are a plus
