IT Support Analyst & Infrastructure Engineer
1st & 2nd Line Support, Networking and managment
Opportunity to join a UK company who areleaders in the travel sector.
Work includes:
- 1st & 2nd line desktop support
- Infrastructure support and management with O365, Intune, Azure Entra
- Networking Routers and connected devices
- Management of 3rd party suppliers
Growth opportunities within the role include
- Azure DevOps (gain AZ 900 and upwards)
- Applications Support (Gain skills with SQL and more)
- Leadership of Junior
- Lead projects delivering high business impact
Skills and experience required:
- Strong skills with Office 365, Intune, Azure
- Mid level Networking skills with Routers (e.g CISCO), worked with TCP/IP services etc
- Experience with Active Directory is beneficial but not essential
- Confidence to manage 3rd parties (e.g outsource support services)
- Customer Support friendly
