Administration Support Our Client is a family-owned company in Irelands flooring and tiling industry and is looking for a full time Administration and Sales Support to join their team in Dunboyne, Meath. Ideal for motivated organized individuals with strong coordination and administration skills. Salary & Benefits: Location: Dunboyne, Salary:โฌ33k-35k Job Type: Full Time | Temporary (strong view to permanent) About the Company: Our Client is a well-established and growing organization specializing in the supply and distribution of high-quality engineering products and industrial solutions.
With a strong reputation for customer service, reliability, and technical expertise, they work with a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors, providing innovative solutions and building long-term customer relationships. About You: A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role. Proven experience coordinating diaries, meetings, presentations, and client or customer visits.
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. Experience using SAP is advantageous, although full training can be provided.
Hold a full, clean driver's licence (essential). The Role : Support the team with administrative tasks, reports, and customer records. Organise meetings, presentations, and customer visits.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service. Carry out general administrative duties to support the team. Help organise company meetings, events, and training sessions.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries. Prepare and send emails, letters, and other business correspondence. Assist with preparing reports and presentations.
Take accurate meeting minutes when required. Coordinate marketing activities with external suppliers and arrange distribution of promotional materials. Interested?
