Location: Remote Travel: Approximately 20-25% (domestic and/or international) The Opportunity Are you a supply chain professional passionate about digital transformation?

As a Supply Planning Transformation Specialist, you will serve as the dedicated resource responsible for deploying our Future Focused Planning program at assigned manufacturing sites. You will bridge the gap between our central strategy and local teams, guiding site personnel through the full transition to a new Target Operating Model (TOM) to ensure sustainable, long-term adoption. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Drive Deployment: Own the end-to-end rollout of the planning transformation program at assigned manufacturing sites.

Manage Change: Build site-specific deployment plans, conduct readiness assessments, and identify process gaps. Train & Coach: Deliver capability-building sessions and actively coach site planning teams through new ways of working. Collaborate: Partner with site leadership and global supply chain teams to align strategic goals with practical site outcomes.

Track Success: Monitor milestone KPIs, mitigate deployment risks, and ensure sites are fully prepared for post-deployment sustainability. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications) Required: Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP within a manufacturing environment.

Core Skills: Strong background in transformation program delivery, stakeholder engagement, training facilitation, and analytical problem-solving. Autonomy: Comfortable working independently at the site level with minimal day-to-day supervision. Desirable (Bonus Points): Master's degree or professional specialization in Supply Chain/Operations.

Practical knowledge of SAP, IBP, or equivalent planning tools. Change management knowledge or professional certification. Ownership & Influence In this role, you are fully accountable for the deployment quality and adoption pace at your site.

You will act as the primary transformation contact, driving compliance and building long-term confidence across the site's supply planning team.
