Convergint is looking for a team‑oriented, results‑driven Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our culture. As the Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining vendor item master catalogs and providing reporting and analytics to support the source‑to‑pay process. This role involves data entry, updates, and resolving discrepancies, with a strong focus on data integrity and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience” Creating, updating, and managing item records within relevant systems.

Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of item data, including descriptions, classifications, units of measure, vendor information, pricing, and other relevant details. Conducting regular audits to identify and correct errors, duplicates, or outdated records. Managing the lifecycle of item records, including creation, updates, and decommissioning.

Supporting item master data management, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with system enhancements. Interacting with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors on an ongoing basis, which may include negotiating prices, discounts, credit terms, and logistics. Participating in the development and implementation of best practices for item master data management.

Working with Supply Chain leadership to develop and implement best practices, demand planning, and other optimizations to help grow the business and ensure process transparency, fairness, impartiality, and confidentiality. Collaborating with global counterparts to align with process standardization and consistency in reporting across all regions. Providing reporting and data analytics to Supply Chain leadership to show trends, address discrepancies, and generate accurate forecasting.

Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors and maintaining them over time. Executing all work in accordance with provincial/state, local regulations, general best practices, and company health and safety policies and procedures. Acting as “our customer’s best service provider” at all times, thereby ensuring Convergint Technologies is the customer’s first choice for service.

Communicating and working with other team members consistently to improve overall operations of the Convergint Technology Center and company. Remaining up to date and informed on all company policies. Presenting a professional image of Convergint Technologies at all times in appearance and behavior.

Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. What You’ll Need Strong attention to detail. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide cross‑section of people both internal and external to the business.

Excellent Excel, Word, and Outlook skills. Excellent proficiency in financial software specifically related to purchase order entry, accounts payable, and inventory management. Strong negotiation skills.

Strong financial knowledge and the ability to understand basic financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, work processes, department structure, environment and technology in a dynamic work environment.

Self‑driven and motivated to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical skills for problem resolution and solution identification. Strong ability to demonstrate independence, resourcefulness, and tenacity.

Shows initiative – regularly engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities. Requirements Diploma and/or certificate in Business Administration or Purchasing required. SCMP designation highly desirable.

Minimum of five years of procurement experience, including elements of the supply chain. Minimum of five years of negotiation and vendor management experience preferred. Minimum of five years of customer service experience required.

Experience in Ivalua, Salesforce, and NetSuite highly desirable. Relevant industry experience in electrical, security, building automation, or fire required. Company Benefits And Perks Company holidays and paid time off.
