Responsibilities include reviewing discrepancies, working cross-functionally to resolve invoice payment holds, following up on missing invoices, supporting payment processes, resolving credit holds, maintaining communication with vendors, generating reports, and collaborating with teams to improve processes. Qualifications include experience with invoice processing, order management, 3-way match review, analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP systems.
