Hiring: Senior Supplier Manager | Technology & Operations I am currently partnering with a major financial institution in Toronto to find a Senior Supplier Manager to join their Technology & Operations team. This is a high-impact role focused on managing a new portfolio of supplier-managed business, overseeing negotiations, contract execution, and ongoing relationship governance. Location: Toronto. Hybrid: 1x per week in-office (additional days required during training). Focus: Managing vendor programs, contract life cycles, SLA/TSA/BPA performance, and internal stakeholder relationships.

Compensation: T4-$55/hr-$60/hr | IC: $65/hr-$70/hr What You Bring Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in supplier or vendor management. Domain Expertise: Financial Industry (FI) experience is highly preferred (BMO experience is a major asset). Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of vendor management programs, risk mitigation, and compliance.

Tools: Hands-on experience with Coupa and advanced Excel skills. Innovation: A forward-thinking mindset with comfort using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance reporting and efficiency. Soft Skills: Expert communication and presentation skills—you will be directly involved in negotiations and stakeholder management.
