Supplier Manager

Supplier Manager (PR/007211) Location: Solihull Role Type: Hybrid – 1 day per week on site Salary: up to £55,000 – £65,000 + benefits We’re hiring for a client, a growing managed service provider, to lead Strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) across key vendors and carriers. The role will focus on building scalable supplier frameworks, driving performance, and ensuring operational and service excellence across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead SRM programs across 6–8 strategic suppliers to drive performance, alignment, and value Build and maintain strong supplier relationships across the organisation Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Legal, and Risk teams on supplier strategy and performance Support contracts and procurement processes as needed About You Experience in supplier management, SRM, or procurement programs Exposure to both Telecoms and IT environments, with knowledge of key carriers/vendors (BT, Sky, Cisco, Fortinet) Strong analytical, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills Benefits Include Competitive salary and benefits package Remote-friendly working with office presence once per week Career growth opportunities as the business scales and acquires new companies Collaborative and high-performing team environment If this role aligns with your experience, please get in touch with Alan Smith at [email protected]
