Supplier Business Manager (PR/007108) Hybrid: Manchester, 8 days per month in office Salary: £65,400 – £72,700 + up to 20% bonus The Role: We’re looking for a Supplier Business Manager to own a key supplier relationship, act as the main escalation point, and ensure top-tier performance in a regulated environment. You’ll manage disputes, deliver monthly reviews, and influence outcomes through strong relationships and clear, concise communication. What You’ll Do: Manage suppliers end-to-end: onboarding, operational management, offboarding Lead monthly supplier performance reviews and report against contract and regulatory requirements Resolve issues and act as the first point of escalation Collaborate across teams on forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and performance What We’re Looking For: Experience in a regulated or service-based environment Strong stakeholder management and dispute resolution skills Supplier performance oversight, escalation, and improvement experience Financial awareness: budgeting, forecasting, reporting Clear, concise communicator, proactive, and accountable Perks & Working Pattern: Hybrid: 8 days per month in office Competitive salary + up to 20% bonus Please contact [email protected] if you're interested in applying.
