Supervisor - Full-Time - w/m

Fashion brand We are looking for a retail Supervisor to join our shop, close to Barcelona.

The candidate must have an exceptional customer service and strong sense of fashion, plus the ability to maximize sales through strong communication skills, knowledge of the industry and the enthusiasm for identifying with clients to maximising sales.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Target Focused with proven sales experience


• Motivated by a sales environment


• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures (HR, L&D, Stock, Visual) when required


• Team player and key link betweek the management and the team


• Successful link selling and outfit building


• Supervise the floor coverage and team’s performance.


• Maintain High store standards including Stock room

Please note that it is a fixed-term contract.

We're looking for a hard-working, motivated candidate with an excellent work ethic and the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work well within a team on the shop floor. Persuasive, proactive and flexible on working hours, you are well-spoken, confident and well-presented, with retail experience, a committed and responsible attitude, and ideally tailoring skills.
