Superintendent - Multifamily Developer Builder

Job Description Job Description Job Title: Superintendent or Senior Superintendent (Lead) Location: Oceanside, CA or Los Angeles, CA Details: focus is on 300+ unit multifamily projects; ground-up, seeking full-scope experience for a long-term local fit Company Type: Owner, Developer Builder; Top ranked in the US for luxury multifamily Compensation: Up to 190k base + 20% annual bonus + full benefits We're a top-ranked owner, developer and builder of luxury multifamily apartments in the United States. Our Southern California division is currently in growth mode with several projects currently underway with several starting locally in the next few months. We're actively building out the field team for two 30+ month projects in Oceanside and in Los Angeles.

Qualifications 5-10+ years of multifamily construction experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field Working knowledge of Microsoft Project & Procore Within 50 mile radius of Oceanside or LA & able to work daily on project site Ideally someone with strength in concrete & framing We're actively interviewing to fill this role asap due to growth in pipeline.
