HRIS SUCESS FACTORS ANALYST
The SAP Sucess Factors Systems Analyst is responsible for analysing, governing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors and SAP for Me to ensure system data integrity, and process outcomes support global HR operations, compliance requirements, and business objectives. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP for Me and HR SAP governance process.
⚙What will you do?
SAP for Me:
- Lead and enforce a controlled, compliant change management process for SAP SuccessFactors SAP for Me, including requirements assessment, impact analysis, testing, approvals, and deployment, ensuring effective documentation and alignment with governance standards.
- Partner with AMS and vendors to implement configuration changes and system conversions while ensuring adherence to audit and compliance requirements.
SAP Governance/Audit
- Lead the Change Management process through clear communication, coordinated system configuration, and alignment of business processes.
- Maintain segregation of duties, access controls, and role-based permissions process to support internal controls and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance artifacts that define compliant business processes.
Tenant Management
- Supports day to day tenant management activities for SAP SuccessFactors environments to ensure stable, compliant, and well controlled HR operations.
- Maintains tenant configurations strategy across environments (e.g., production, test, preview) in alignment with established HR governance, change management, and compliance standards.
- Oversee routine tenant activities including monitoring system availability, assisting with scheduled releases, validating configuration changes, and coordinating tenant refreshes or data movement activities under approved procedures.
🤙What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field, in lieu of the degree 5 years of experience plus functional experience;
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central administration experience;
- 3+ years of experience supporting SuccessFactors (on-remise or cloud).
- Strong understanding of global HR processes, security, audit and compliance requirements.
- Experience in project management, system implementation – HR-specific expertise preferred.
- Experience in a global, complex, multi-country environment.
- 2-3 years SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Security, SAP for Me) preferred.
- Knowledge of HR data privacy regulations such as GDPR preferred.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP for Me certification preferred.
- Complex analysis capability
- Computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong command of verbal and written English.
- Pro-active, responsive and action oriented.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing process environment
- Ability to understand business policies and procedures as they impact the role and business activity.
- Strong interpersonal / people skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet time demands.
- Business maturity and professionalism.
