Job Description
As a SuccesFactors Business Analyst, you will collaborate with a team of problem solvers to tackle complex business challenges from strategy through implementation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Analyzing current business requirements and processes to recommend or develop solutions that meet partner needs. Documenting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules based on business requirements.
Assisting in the development of functional specifications for new developments. Supporting the testing process by developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios to identify errors and issues in business processes. Providing application support, system testing assistance, and end-user training.
Owning all core data elements within all HR Systems and managing positions effectively. Demonstrating strong hands-on experience in configuring the Employee Central module, including Custom Objects, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports/Advanced Reports), MDF, Foundation Objects, Associations, Business Rules, and workflows.
