Senior Technical Project Manager – Subsea EPC Position Overview Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead engineering execution across the full project lifecycle—from project kickoff through installation and commissioning. This role focuses on Subsea Production Systems (SPS) within the oil & gas sector, delivering complex subsea equipment and solutions. The position requires strong technical leadership, client engagement, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams in a predominantly on-site work environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead overall engineering execution for subsea EPC projects Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, installation, and commissioning Serve as the primary technical interface with clients and stakeholders Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget Coordinate with third-party contractors and resolve interface issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project leadershipPrepare and deliver weekly/monthly project reports Drive risk identification, mitigation, and problem resolution Required Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of experience in engineering/project management roles Strong background in Oil & Gas industry (mandatory) Proven experience in Subsea EPC projects (highly preferred) Experience in roles such as: Familiarity with Subsea Production Systems (SPS) Experience working with: SPS contractors (preferred) SURF or offshore installation contractors (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science (or equivalent experience) Core Skills & Expertise Engineering Management at system/product level Project & Program Management Package Management (Subsea) Contractor & stakeholder coordination Risk analysis and problem-solving Soft Skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Ability to lead geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and decision-making ability Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and presentations #J-18808-Ljbffr
