Subcontracts Manager

Overview Talisman is partnered with one of the largest infrastructure and construction groups in the world, operating in over 120 countries. The company is deeply involved in designing, financing, building, and operating a wide range of projects — from transportation infrastructure like roads, bridges, and airports to energy systems, buildings, and telecommunications networks. We are seeking an experienced Subcontracts Manager to join a $3 billion design-build infrastructure project in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities Oversee contract negotiation and administration for key subcontractors and suppliers Ensure compliance with commercial policies and project agreements Manage change orders, claims, and invoice reviews Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and stakeholders to drive project success Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a contractual administration position with Designer and main Subcontractors Experience and knowledge in technical and design & build topics Experience in partnering with an executive team, with excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and has strong interpersonal skills This role is fully on-site in Chicago, IL.
