What You Will Do * Manage and oversee subcontracting activities within the supply chain. Strong contracts, Statement of work and procurement knowledge. Lead negotiations with suppliers and contractors to achieve favorable terms.

Coordinate with hiring managers and engineering contractors for resource requirements. Float RFQs and source suitable contractor profiles. Conduct background verification of candidates and ensure compliance with company standards.

Monitor and certify contractor working hours for accurate payment processing. Collaborate with finance teams to manage accruals and ensure timely payments. Ensure complete adherence to local statutory and compliance requirements.

Track and evaluate supplier performance to drive continuous improvement. Manage Purchase request and Purchase order processes and overall supply chain workflows. Conduct business review meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.

Perform spend analysis and headcount analysis to optimize resource allocation. Deliver clear communication and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
