What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver structural analysis and design across a diverse range of building projects.
  • Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.
  • Gain exposure to a wide variety of projects, including commercial, residential, high-rise, and public infrastructure developments.

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 3-5 + years of structural design experience.
  • Strong skills in concrete design, with proficiency in ETABS, RAM Concept, and other relevant software.
  • Experience with, or an interest in learning, Post-Tensioned (PT) concrete design.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
