Structural Engineer

Job Description Job Description Job description: My Client is looking for a Structural Engineer with experience designing of vertical structures (buildings). My Client is located in Downtown Chicago. Position Responsibilities – Performs structural engineering design responsibilities on multiple projects, including establishing criteria and standards, and preparing calculations, reports, and project drawings and specifications. – Works to establish and build relationships with team members, both internal and external. – Performs construction administration services including RFI’s and submittals, and site visits as required Minimum Requirements 2+ years of experience in design of structural systems with buildings (Hi-Rise, Cultural Facilities, Civic Buildings, Academic/Research Buildings, etc.) Experience must be within the U.S.

B.S. in Structural Engineering, required.: Masters degree, required. Experience using Structural Analysis/Design Software, AutoCAD, Revit. Experience design of Steel, Concrete and/or heavy Timber Structures Excellent organization, delegation, and time management skills.
