Structural Engineer

We are urgently hiring for the following roles: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in structural engineering, focusing on residential and commercial properties. Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or similar tools.

Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred; EIT certification required if PE is not obtained. Strong knowledge of local and national building codes (e.g., IBC, ASCE). Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Title: Director of Structural Engineering Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required; SE license preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong technical expertise in structural analysis, design software, and construction practices. Excellent leadership, team management, and mentorship skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and client relationship management skills. Business development experience is a plus.
