Job Description
We're working with a well-established architectural metalwork and structural steel contractor seeking a Structural Engineer to join their growing design team.
Location: Kent
Salary: Up to £70,000
This role will focus on the design and analysis of structural steel and metalwork projects, including connection design, section sizing, balconies, balustrades, and ensuring compliance with British Standards. You'll collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and internal design teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Key Requirements
- Structural engineering experience within structural steel or architectural metalwork
- Experience designing steelwork connections and structural elements
- Strong understanding of British Standards and industry regulations
- Ability to produce technical reports and work collaboratively with project teams
