Global Manufacturer require a Stress Engineer (50-60K & Bonus) or Mechanical Design Engineer with FEA/ Stress Engineer experience. You will deliver new concepts. As a Mechanical Engineer you'll Carry out Stress Engineer duties using FEA to validate designs, analyse materials, problem-solve and write reports. The Role: Test and Validate Designs Carry out structural analysis / FEA Liaise closely with in-house manufacturing/ engineering depts Carry out market research on Concepts & Design Reviews Ensure new Products meet regulations, Solve Problems and Investigate failures The Person: Engineering Degree, or excellent experience to replace this Ability to problem-solve and provide creative and logical solutions. Experience of Stress Projects and deadlines, FEA Analysis within a Manufacturing environment. Well organised with good document mgt. & IT skills.
