Job Description Join the Fusion and Modular Nuclear Business Unit! Work with our Simulation and Assessment team and contribute to essential projects within the nuclear sector. As a Stress Engineer you will apply your expertise in finite element analysis (FEA) to perform detailed assessments of nuclear components, ensuring compliance with design codes such as ASME III and RCC‑M. You will be involved in project planning, delivery, and reporting, and will communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, including client technical leads. This role offers the opportunity to work both within client teams and from our Assystem offices, providing a variety of project experiences. Your mission Desire to learn : Supported by an experienced team, you will develop skills and competencies across a range of projects and customers.

Technical aptitude : Plan, undertake and report simulation and assessment projects using ANSYS or Abaqus FEA software, with calculations in MathCAD. Digital first : Familiarity with typical engineering and data management software – document control, Product Lifecycle Management, MS Office, TEAMS, etc.
