Job Summary You will be part of the Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice , working on high-impact engagements that shape policy, enable transformation, and drive growth within the Education ecosystem . As a Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives, advise government and public institutions, and contribute to solving complex challenges through data-driven insights and structured problem-solving . Location: Kochi & Trivandrum Key Responsibilities 7+ years experience in Lead strategy consulting engagements for government and public sector clients Drive market entry, growth strategy, and expansion initiatives Deliver Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and feasibility studies Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and opportunity assessments Design operating models, transformation roadmaps, and policy frameworks Manage end-to-end project delivery , ensuring quality and timeliness Engage with senior stakeholders across government and institutions Lead and mentor high-performing teams Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership Skills and Attributes for Success Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills Ability to translate insights into clear, actionable strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities Experience in working within dynamic, client-facing environments
