ABOUT THE ROLE This is not a traditional role. You will work directly with IBC’s founder — close enough that this overlaps with a CEO’s office function — but your primary weapon is AI. You’ll use it to run our marketing engine, sharpen our BD process, and help the team work smarter every day. IBC Consultants ( www.consult-ibc.com ) is a fast-growing consulting delivery firm that helps boutique strategy and transformation firms globally scale their execution capacity. We’re looking for someone at the intersection of AI-powered business process engineering and B2B marketing execution — business-aware enough to make good judgment calls, and technical enough to build and run the systems that make those judgments scale. This role demands both: not just AI, and not just marketing. WHAT YOU’LL OWN · AI-powered business process engineering — design, build, and iterate multi-step AI workflows across BD, marketing, and operations; you can build and debug these systems end-to-end, not just prompt for outputs · Account-based marketing (ABM) — manage and improve IBC’s full BD pipeline from target identification to outreach; one of several application areas for your AI and process skills · AI adoption — help the team integrate AI tools into day-to-day work · Founder support — work directly on strategic priorities; this role sits at the centre of how IBC operates · Team interface — work with delivery partners, clients, and the broader team WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR · 1–3 years experience in a fast-moving environment — consulting, startup, or marketing. Minimum 1 year of post-graduation work experience required; freshers will not be considered · Genuinely AI-curious — you’ve used Claude, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier or similar and built multi-step workflows with them; you can build and debug these systems, not just write prompts for outputs · Engineering or business degree from a good institution — we care about how you think · Business-aware — you understand context before automating anything · B2B marketing interest is a strong plus · Works independently — owns outcomes, not just tasks WHAT THIS IS NOT · Not a traditional CEO’s office role (No prior CEO’s office experience required) · Not an AI product development role ( You won’t be building AI products from scratch) · Not a siloed function (You’ll span BD, marketing, and operations) WORKING AT IBC Remote-first team with an onsite stint in Pune for the first 3–6 months. After that, work from wherever you work best.
