Job Overview The Strategy Analyst / Associate is a high-visibility, hands-on, and dynamic role within Lantern’s Emerging Products Team. The role will support daily operations, drive operational improvements, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning to enable high-impact business decisions during an exciting chapter of Lantern’s growth. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious and entrepreneurial with a strong bias to action – with 1-3 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar) or a high-growth startup.

This is a remote-first role with occasional (~1x month) travel. Responsibilities and Duties: Build out processes and own the development of deliverables end-to-end to support emerging product lines Analyze claims and cost savings data to drive insights for reporting and product improvement Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities Develop financial models and data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and business performance Evaluate potential partnerships and new business opportunities Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders Work cross-functionally with commercial, analytics, operations, and product teams to execute strategic projects Support strategic planning, reporting, and forecasting processes Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in top management consulting, strategy, tech, and/or startup Operation or Product roles High-performing self-starter and independent contributor with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables Comfortable operating in ambiguity and flexing between high-level strategic thinking and execution Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of end-to-end accountability and autonomy Excellent interpersonal, relationship development, and verbal communication skills Required: High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; bonus if you have other technical / data visualization skills (e.g., Python, Power BI, Tableau, SQL) Bonus: Experience or interest in healthcare Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Short & Long Term Disability Life Insurance 401k with company match Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave
