The Role As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met to Gooey’s high standards. Key responsibilities include: Working hands‑on in‑store, leading by example Driving sales and achieving KPIs Delivering exceptional customer service and building loyal customers Managing daily stock ordering and forecasting Minimising waste through accurate forecasting and strong stock control Supporting, motivating, and guiding colleague's on shift Ensuring the site is consistently well‑presented and operationally excellent About You We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and genuinely loves customer interaction. You will be: Highly sales‑driven with a strong commercial mindset Passionate about customer service and team leadership Confident working hands‑on and managing multiple locations Organised, with strong attention to detail around stock and waste control Familiar with Excel packages and comfortable using spreadsheets for stock, forecasting, and performance tracking Comfortable working shifts (42 hours per week, 5 of 7 days) Experienced in retail, hospitality, or kiosk‑style operations (management experience preferred) A driving licence is not required, as all kiosks are accessible via public transport Why Join Gooey?
