Store Manager

In This Key Role, You Will Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth by working with the store’s team, the sales representative, and the regional management team Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork Help recruit and train your team members, keep them motivated, and ensure their health and well‑being Manage the store budget and take the necessary steps to continuously improve financial results Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales. Salary range: $90,000 – $112,000.

The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience. To Join Our Team, You Need Minimum of 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members Experience managing budgets, payroll, and profit and loss (P&L) statements Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills Heavy Duty experience is an asset About The Division The Heavy Vehicle Parts Division caters mainly to the needs of the trucking and construction sectors, as well as the mining and forest industries.
