Job Description

What you'll do Store Manager in Sheffield Holbrook – 40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes. At Toolstation, we’re not just interested in what you can bring to us today.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Delivering great service – ensuring your team provides a great customer experience and delivering sales through service. Mucking in – helping the team get the job done: checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.

Inspiring – encouraging a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition. Asking questions and building relationships – making sure your team get the development they need, supporting future business growth and succession, ensuring customers leave with everything they need. Leading – from the front, coaching, motivating and engaging your team, creating a great place to work where engagement is key.

Building a fun working environment – maintaining product availability and high branch standards, while making the branch somewhere everyone loves to come.
