Store Manager

Location: Bullring, Birmingham, United Kingdom Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 per year Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our Bullring, Birmingham store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion retail, customer experience, team development, and sales growth. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving commercial performance, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently and professionally Drive sales performance and achieve store targets Lead, coach, and motivate the store team Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high store standards Oversee stock management, replenishment, and loss prevention Implement promotions and visual merchandising activities Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards Monitor KPIs, reporting, and overall store performance Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred Experience 6–10 years of relevant retail experience Previous experience in fashion retail management preferred Candidates must have one of the following: Pre-Settled Status Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) Skills & Attributes Strong leadership and people management skills Commercial mindset with strong sales focus Excellent communication skills in English Understanding of Asian customers and fashion preferences Good knowledge of retail systems, reporting, and stock management Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
