We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in jewellery retail to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling gold, diamond, or luxury jewellery products. Key Responsibilities: 1.

Sales & Target Achievement Drive store sales and achieve monthly/annual targets Handle high-value jewellery sales (gold, diamond, silver, etc.) Ensure upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue 2. Store Operations Manage daily store operations efficiently Maintain visual merchandising as per jewellery retail standards Ensure proper display, handling, and safety of jewellery stock 3. Team Management Lead, train, and supervise store staff Monitor team performance and drive productivity Ensure staff has strong product knowledge in jewellery 4.

Customer Handling Provide premium customer experience Build long-term relationships with HNI and repeat customers Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally 5. Inventory & Compliance Manage stock audits and inventory control Ensure proper billing, documentation, and store security Follow all SOPs specific to jewellery retail Mandatory Requirement: Prior experience in jewellery retail (Gold/Diamond/Silver) is compulsory Candidates without jewellery industry experience will not be considered Location : Zirakpur - Punjab
