Job Description Position: Store Manager Location: Cardiff Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Working Pattern: 5 days over 7, including weekends Salary: On target earnings of £60,000-£70,000 (to include a phenomenal basic salary, commission + bonuses!) We are seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager to help lead our store in Cardiff, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Role Description We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Store Manager to lead our Cardiff location in this full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring inventory is managed effectively, leading and developing a high-performing sales team, and maintaining a customer-focused shopping environment. The Store Manager will also monitor sales targets, uphold retail standards, enforce loss prevention measures, and address customer inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Collaboration with other store managers and leadership teams will be essential for meeting business goals and promoting company values. About You You will have experience in a similar retail or sales-focused environment and thrive in a target-driven role. You are motivated by results, enjoy developing and inspiring teams, and consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
The successful candidate will currently be working in a high-performing Sales Manager or General Manager role and be ready to take the next step in their retail career. You will be ambitious, dynamic, and proactive, with strong leadership skills and a “can-do” attitude. As a natural team player, you will motivate and coach the store sales team while delivering outstanding results.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives through set KPI’s.
Maintain high store standards ensuring NCF customers are provided with a positive, engaging shopping experience and a first class solution to their interior design requirements. You will be directly responsible for overseeing the effective day to day management of the store, including staff/rota planning, staff appraisals and general performance reviews.
