Job Description
Summary Lead the store as the Brand Leader, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client service while ensuring flawless execution of company initiatives. Own talent development through recruitment, coaching and performance management and partner with regional leadership to implement strategic plans. Oversee daily store operations to protect assets, optimize productivity and maintain visual and service standards.
Responsibilities Drive store sales and productivity by managing key KPIs such as sales, conversion, UPT and inventory. Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching and career development for store staff and manage employee performance. Execute company strategies, training programs and selling initiatives to ensure consistent customer experience.
Manage daily operations including payroll, scheduling, cash management, shipping and receiving, and inventory control. Plan and support local events, consignment programs and product launches to engage top clients. Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute floor changeovers in coordination with visual teams.
Analyze reports to support stock levels, sell-through and alignment with new product launches. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
Proven track record in sales generation, building clientele and developing teams. Strong leadership, communication, attention to detail and business acumen. Ability to analyze business performance and implement action plans.
Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays and ability to stand and walk for the majority of a 40-hour week. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM and inventory management systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
