About the role As Store Manager, you’ll lead on the floor—driving sales, setting service standards, and creating an inspiring shopping experience. You’ll lead with warmth and confidence, guiding your team to excellence in presentation, operations, and customer care.

You should know the Southampton market, love the brand, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. As an ambassador, you’ll represent the store with professionalism and style. You will Lead the team to achieve sales goals through modeling, motivating, training, and mentoring a client-focused team.

Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and development—finding, training, and inspiring top talent. Develop effective schedules to ensure proper coverage. Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, cleaning, facilities, supply ordering, and financial management.

Create a curated environment with visual standards, displays, and housekeeping. Analyze business performance, balancing analytics with customer feedback and team observations for continuous improvement. Maintain close partnership with the Corporate Team.

You should have At least 3+ years of retail managerial experience. Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building abilities. Proven coaching and mentoring skills for leading teams of 6 or more.

Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals with results-driven attitude. Enjoy selling through relationship-building with clients and team. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

High accuracy in completing tasks. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays. Positive, kind, and graceful demeanor.
