Providing hands‑on leadership, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high‑performing store environment. Ensuring operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance. Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Developing talent within your team, creating succession plans, and supporting ongoing growth. Qualifications Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role. A strong track record of developing teams and achieving results.
