Job Description Job Description Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off Profit sharing Vision insurance Store Manager Gillees Auto Truck & Marine NAPA Auto Parts Cooperstown, NY Full-Time $62,400$70,000 annual salary Full Benefits Package What Youll Do Lead, develop, and motivate store associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences Oversee daily operations: inventory management, purchasing, stocking, and administrative functions Build relationships with retail, commercial, and B2B customers (auto shops, fleets, municipalities, specialty trades) Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities and following up on accounts Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee onboarding and training Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised store Uphold safety, security, and operational policies What Were Looking For We hire based on management ability, not automotive knowledge. Well provide product trainingyou bring the leadership. 2+ years of management experience (required)retail, distribution, service, or B2B environments all relevant Proven ability to lead and develop a team Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable with POS systems, basic bookkeeping, and inventory tools Excellent communication and customer relations skills Solutions-oriented mindset with solid business judgment Associates degree preferred; not required with strong management experience Automotive knowledge or ASE certification a plusnot required Compensation & Benefits $62,400$70,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience Monthly bonus / profit-sharing Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with retirement plan Flexible spending account (FSA) Paid time off Employee discount on NAPA products Location Cooperstown, NY 13326an in-person role.
