Store Manager

Summary The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, margin, and overall store performance while leading a high-performing retail team. This role ensures exceptional customer service, strong visual merchandising, and efficient store operations. The manager is accountable for inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and developing staff through coaching and training.

Responsibilities Drive store sales and achieve performance and margin targets. Coach, train, and develop sales associates to build a high-performing team. Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards per company directives.

Analyze sell-through and communicate product availability and market trends to leadership. Manage inventory accuracy and enforce security measures to minimize shrinkage. Oversee store operations, control costs, and manage related budgetary expenses.

Hire and retain staff, set goals, and hold the team accountable to company expectations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or Business preferred. Minimum of five years' experience in retail management; luxury retail preferred.

Experience in specialty retail including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations. Proficiency with retail POS systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, and email. Strong commercial awareness, leadership, coaching skills, and ability to develop talent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
