Store Manager - Belfast

Store Manager – New Belfast Store EZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in 1998. We are a family‑run Irish retailer operating nationwide, with a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland. We are Ireland’s largest independent furniture retailer employing over 370 people.

The role: We are looking to recruit a Store Manager with a strong retail sales background to lead our dynamic team in our new Belfast store. The position involves supporting a sales team in reaching and exceeding personal and company targets, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering a first‑rate customer experience. Responsibilities Demonstrate a highly determined drive for sales and lead by example.

Continuously communicate with and motivate the team. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Act as the first point of contact for the store when liaising across internal departments.

Co‑coach the team to keep product knowledge, company policies and brand values up to date. People‑management activities in liaison with HR and senior management. Complete regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications Exceptional communication and coaching skills. Proven people‑management and team‑player experience. Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Proficient Microsoft Office user, with an ability to learn in‑house systems. Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Furniture experience a benefit, but not essential.
