Store Manager

Responsibilities Drive sales targets and achieve store KPIs Ensure excellent customer experience & service standards Manage daily store operations smoothly Handle inventory, stock control & shrinkage Lead, train & motivate the store team Maintain visual merchandising & store presentation Monitor billing, cash handling & reports Ensure compliance with company policies & audits Coordinate with Head Office for stock, promotions & updates Qualifications Graduation Mandatory 2+ years' store management experience Customer centric with a positive attitude
