- Manage, maintain, and support theoperational requirements of storage infrastructure and data protection systems,ensuring reliability and compliance.
\n - Implement and administer new storage infrastructure installations, including firmwareand software upgrades for the supported systems.
\n - Perform data recovery activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and provideeffective solutions to problems of varying scope and complexity.
\n - Carry out backup tapes management (keeping records of all archived backupsfor tracking and recovery).
\n - Monitor and report on capacity usage, analyse relevant documentation, andcontribute to IT support process and policy development.
\n - Ensure adherence to security requirements, processes, and procedures, deliveringhigh-quality IT support services that meet regulatory and technical standards.
