Stocking Specialist

Job Summary The Stocking Specialist is responsible for receiving and organizing all aircraft needed in the station and as well as restock the aircraft for normal daily operation. This role requires extreme attention to detail and an ability to work independently with little supervision. Responsibilities The Stocking Specialist is responsible for all stock needed in the station and on the aircraft for normal operation.

This role requires an extreme attention to detail and an ability to work independently with little supervision. Process and unload incoming shipments. Stocking shelves.

Organizing product back-stock, First In First Out (FIFO). Organizing and packing boxes Maintain PAR levels and notify of product needed between regularly scheduled shipments. Breaking down / disposing of packaging.

Maintain airport lounge product levels at 75%. We do whatever it takes: May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, technical developments, etc.).

Required Qualifications Experience: High School Education Licenses & Certifications Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Must have strong spreadsheet skills (Excel) Preferred Qualifications Experience Licenses & Certifications Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Basic Requirements Standard office style work, sitting at desk, working on computer, for extended periods of time Physical activity including walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs), packing/unpacking boxes, organizing catering facility.
