STIBO DEVELOPER 6-9 YEARS, Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Stibo MDM Consultant with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Stibo STEP MDM solutions, defining governance processes, improving data quality, and enabling enterprise-wide master data strategy. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location master data. * Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions. * Configure and customize Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, and validations. * Define and implement Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, stewardship processes, and data ownership models. * Develop and maintain data quality rules, cleansing strategies, matching/merging logic, and enrichment processes. * Integrate Stibo MDM with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, eCommerce, and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware. * Support metadata management, lineage, cataloging, and compliance initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams for migration, onboarding, testing, and deployment activities. * Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot MDM/data quality issues. * Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, governance guidelines, and architecture diagrams. * Mentor junior team members and support best practice adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory Skills * 6–9 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Master Data Management. * Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation/support. * Strong understanding of: * Data Governance * Data Quality Management * Data Stewardship * Metadata Management * Reference Data Management * Experience in configuring: * Workflows * Business Rules * Matching & Merging * Taxonomies & Hierarchies * Data Modeling * Strong SQL and data analysis skills. * Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, or middleware platforms. * Understanding of cloud and enterprise data architecture. * Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.
