STEAM Education Teacher
Casa Hacker
Job Description
Casa Hacker is a civil society organization focused on STEAM education and social innovation. Our Theory of Change puts our entire team and technical partnerships, knowledge, and network to work in innovating, creating, and co-creating STEAM education and social innovation initiatives to make digital technologies and the Internet accessible to everyone and enable each person to transform their territory. Considering this context, Casa Hacker invests in innovation programs in the territories where it operates and seeks professionals with proven experience to lead the strategy with us.
On the STEAM Education team at Casa Hacker, the teacher plays an essentially pedagogical role. Day-to-day life involves conducting hands‑on workshops, mediating discoveries in the classroom, and observationally recording each student’s progress. It is a role that requires didactics and empathy to deal with different profiles and learning paces, ranging from technical instruction on the use of kits to the socio‑emotional welcoming of participants.
We are looking for someone who ensures a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment, guaranteeing that educational objectives are met at each gathering. The STEAM education program is composed of a board of directors, program management, pedagogical coordination, assistance, teachers, and thematic specialists.

We guarantee that people with disabilities will have the necessary adjustments and accessibility resources to participate in any stage of the selection process or interview, as well as to perform their essential duties. If you require any specific accessibility resource, please let us know when submitting your application.
We are an organization that values equal opportunities. We do not discriminate based on race or color (including aesthetic features and hair texture), religion/creed, gender, gender identity or expression, national origin, pregnancy, ancestry, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, age, health conditions, or any other.
