Job Description

Job Overview Client Experience Manager – Sephora Canada – full‑time, regular position. Your role will focus on coaching and development, driving team performance while prioritizing the client experience on the sales floor (our "Stage"). You will lead a team of Stage Experience Leads and Beauty Advisors and directly influence store performance through training and engagement.

Key Responsibilities Training & Development – Execute training for all new and existing Beauty Advisors, facilitate orientation and selling model training sessions. Client Experience – Respond promptly to client feedback from Medallia, the service hotline, or direct interactions; serve as the Client Experience Lead (CEL) in‑store and engage with clients and advisors whenever possible. Event Management – Manage all in‑store events with the Beauty Services team, ensuring events are planned, staffed, and aligned with learning and sales goals.

Visual Merchandising – Assist the Operations team to maintain merchandising standards, keep the sales floor clean and organized, manage tester and supply levels, and execute visual updates with timely replenishment. Vendor Management – Ensure proper engagement with all in‑store brands, evaluate brand training effectiveness, and provide feedback for improvement. Qualifications Minimum 2‑4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service (or equivalent internal experience).

Metrics‑driven with proven ability to motivate and coach teams to meet company goals. Composure in challenging situations and strong managerial courage for difficult conversations. Ability to build high‑performing teams and identify in‑store talent for development.

Excellent verbal and written communication; experience with Windows, Word, and Excel. Location, Availability & Physical Requirements On‑site: Work at the specified location (ON‑Scarborough (0506)). Scheduling: Flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical requirements: Bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds to stock shelves and maintain the store environment. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: CAD $54,800.00 – $68,500.00, plus performance‑based bonus opportunities.
