The product sits at the intersection of AI, automation, and real world impact, using LLMs and agentic systems to replace hours or weeks of manual work with intelligent, scalable software. We are looking for candidates open to working 3-4 days/week in San Francisco or New York City offices for local collaboration given our stage! These are highly cross functional roles where you’ll work across product, infrastructure, and AI driven systems to solve complex, real world problems. Building agentic systems that automate complex, multi step workflows end to end Designing scalable backend systems, APIs, and event driven architectures Developing AI powered features using LLMs in production environments Improving system performance, reliability, and data models as the product scales Building clean, intuitive user facing and internal tools Designing integrations with external platforms and services 5+ years of experience building and shipping production systems Strong backend fundamentals, Python preferred for backend focused engineers Full stack experience across modern web frameworks is a plus and flexible on stack Interest or experience in building AI native or LLM powered products Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
