Open Positions: 8 ( eight)

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
• Valid State Nursing Council Registration
• 1–4 years of clinical nursing experience
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation

The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and quality standards.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by consultants.
• Monitor and document patient condition, vital signs, and progress.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and NABH standards.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and discharge care.
• Coordinate with doctors and allied healthcare teams for continuity of care.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and availability of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Participate in departmental training, quality initiatives, and continuous learning.
