The Role As a Staff Nurse, you will play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and professional nursing care. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents Assessing residents individual needs and contributing to personalised care plans Administering medications safely and in line with relevant policies and procedures Monitoring residents health and responding appropriately to any changes Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation Working closely with healthcare assistants, nursing colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team Communicating effectively with residents, families and other healthcare professionals Promoting residents independence, dignity, choice and overall wellbeing Supporting and maintaining high standards of infection prevention and clinical practice Ensuring care is delivered in line with HIQA standards and best practice About You We would love to hear from you if you: Are a Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration Have a passion for elderly care and supporting older people Have strong clinical and communication skills Are caring, professional and reliable Work well both independently and as part of a team Are committed to delivering excellent standards of resident care Why Consider This Opportunity?
