Cowper Care is seeking dedicated Staff Nurses to join our compassionate team at our Nursing Homes in Dublin.We are only able to interview applicants with EEA passports at this time.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement person-centred care plansCollaborate with healthcare teams to ensure residents receive the highest standard of careMaintain a safe and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitorsSupport residents in social, recreational, and educational activitiesAdhere to best nursing practices and regulatory standardsRequirements:Nursing qualification and NMBI registrationKnowledge of HIQA's National Quality Standards for Residential Care SettingsUnderstanding of dementia care and older persons' needs
