Staff Accountant

What You'll Do

• Support daily accounting activities across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial close processes.
• Maintain fixed asset records and complete periodic reconciliations.
• Process employee expense reimbursements and ensure supporting documentation is accurate.
• Assist with inventory accounting, reconciliations, and cost allocations.
• Prepare reports required for financial, regulatory, and industry compliance.
• Provide support during internal and external audits by organizing schedules and documentation.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives designed to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive, team-first attitude with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
