The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python3 and Grafana, and will thrive in a hybrid work model. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the organization. - Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Utilize technical expertise in Python3 to guide and support development teams. - Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Grafana to ensure system reliability. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. - Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and strategies. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams. - Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to ensure success. - Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies. Qualifications: - Possess strong technical skills in Python3 and experience with Grafana. - Demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills. - Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects. - Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2. - Be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Have experience working with cross-functional teams. - Show ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively. - Exhibit strong leadership and team-building skills. - Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
