About the Role We are looking for an engineering leader to lead our Payments team, the financial backbone powering every transaction on Twitch. You will own the products, experiences, and platforms that enable millions of creators to monetize their passion while architecting Twitch's next‑generation payment systems. You Will Lead a team of engineers to design, build, and operate full‑stack web applications that process millions of transactions daily.

Experience with web services, cloud infrastructure, and system design at scale. Proven ability to attract, hire, and retain top engineering talent. Willingness to accept feedback from teammates and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Track record of leading teams to design, implement, and operate consumer‑facing applications with high reliability requirements. Experience using Agile development methodologies to deliver iteratively and respond to changing needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a Senior Engineer designing, implementing, and operating distributed applications in production environments.
